Accounts payable cycle review and sign off (preparation where required). Preparation monthly cash flow forecasts. Preparation budgeting and forecasts. Acting as company secretary. Ensuring compliance of group. Preparing reporting packs. Management of external audit. Annual AFS preparation. Tax Computation and submission. Monthly monitoring of investee performance. Valuation preparation/Inputs and review. Covenant monitoring/debts management. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom BCom Honours CIMA or ACCA Experience: SAICA / SAIPA Articles Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with 3 year's senior accountant experience and financial manager experience. Experience in fair value measurement advantageous. Skills & Competencies: Ability to work under pressure. Deadline and detail orientated. Well-rounded team player.
