Based in Midrand this opportunity is ideally suited to a candidate who has a BCom / BCom LAW / CIMA is essential. You need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial manager position. In depth experience with Variance analysis, budgeting , forecasting and compliance. High level of understanding of accounting regulations and practices. Strong systems controls, organizational, communication and process improvement. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics will be advantageous. Company secretarial duties – ensure adherence to organizational policies, perform regular audits, draft and review customer and supplier contract, deal with banks in terms of standard terms and conditions, provide legal advice and support to the business
