This exciting opportunity is based in Pretoria West, with roles available in both the Milling Operating Unit and the Bread, Buns, and Rolls Operating Unit. As a Financial Manager working with our esteemed client, you'll play a crucial role in their finance team, working closely with senior management and various departments within a dynamic matrix environment. Requirements: CA (SA) qualification with 5-8 years of post-article experience Skills and Experience: Proven track record in financial management and reporting Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Sound understanding of financial accounting principles and practices Experience leading teams and managing Accounts Payable/Creditors Knowledge of the FMCG market and relevant regulatory frameworks Familiarity with Tax and VAT Acts Experience with Syspro or SAP (advantageous) Responsibilities: Oversight of daily finance functions within the operating units Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls Providing financial and operational support to senior management Managing financial reporting and ensuring adherence to IFRS and Group policy Completing business planning and forecasting processes Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and managing month-end close processes Managing cash flow forecasting and treasury activities Supporting fixed asset management and internal control improvements Managing debtor management and overseeing invoice processing Leading and developing the finance team Acting as a liaison between business units and central finance teams
