Financial Accountant - Cape Town Region
VACANCY – FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT CAPE TOWN: NORTHERN SUBURBS The successful candidate will be responsible to gather and monitor financial data, preparing accurate statements, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, and conducting internal audits. To ensure compliance with accounting regulations and support the company's financial decisions. Key Performance Areas: Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations Debtors processing Ensure that all accounts payable are accurate and paid in a timely manner Reporting Stakeholder Management Administration bank transaction processing manage and administrate the invoice mailbox managing of petty cash handling of creditors queries processing of payments and accruals preparation of audit files addressing audit queries maintain and update finance SOP's Minimum Requirements / Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines Honours Degree and/or SAICA or equivalent articles 5 years of work experience, ideally 3 of which in a financial institution.
