Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business (Honours preferred)
Understand financial legislation
Advanced Excel
Minimum 2-3 years in Financial & Management Accounting
Minimum 2 years in staff management
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong communication and team leadership abilities

Responsibilities:

Analysis
Reconciliations
Compliance
Financial reporting
Foster financial stability and risk management strategies
Offer on-site financial support and advice to the stakeholders
