Reference: NFR002902-MAK-1Are you a meticulous financial expert seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? My client is seeking a dynamic Financial Accountant to join their esteemed team and play a pivotal role in their financial operations.This position is based in Centurion. Duties:Returns Management: Handle CIPC Annual Returns efficiently. Manage various SARS Tax Returns including VAT201s, Income Tax Returns (IT14 & IT14SD), Provisional Tax (IRP6), and Annual Payroll Recon (EMP501, IRP5s). Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and handle submissions confidently. Operational Excellence: Act as a liaison with third parties regarding legal matters, financial statement reviews/audits, and insurance-related asset management. Coordinate with banks for guarantees and general operational requirements. Prepare and review asset sale/purchase agreements with precision. Develop and monitor budgets, alongside actual financial performance. Strategize tax planning initiatives and conduct weekly cash flow planning. Oversee local and foreign payments processing diligently. Review accounting transactions and documents processed by the credit controller. Prepare financial statements and management statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle monthly reporting and provide general operational assistance as needed. Implement and review internal accounting controls to maintain financial integrity. Assist with the completion of tender documentation as required. Local Companies Focus: Manage monthly group reporting, including loan accounts, assessed losses, and group investments. Thoroughly review all group company financials before submission to auditors/reviewers. Coordinate with third parties for the review/audit of the group's financial statements. Support group tax planning initiatives effectively. Provide general operational reporting and assistance as necessary. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed BCom within a Finance related field Registered with SAIPA Manufacturing experience preferred Experience using SAP preferrable If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
