We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our team and directly support our Financial Manager. As a Financial Accountant you will: Manage administrative and processing tasks related to debtors Process and report on collection of all debtors' accounts Allocate unknown receipts to relevant tenant accounts Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and statements to tenants Handle tenant queries and reconciliations promptly and efficiently Review cashbooks and report on balances Update client details on finance systems Assist with month-end procedures and balance sheet reconciliations Aid in year-end audit requirements and reconciling intercompany transactions Provide direct support to the Property Accountant for smooth monthly billing operations Compile monthly VAT schedules and conduct analytics for review by the Financial Manager Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required Job Experience and Skills Required:Hospitality industry is preferredRelevant BCom in financial qualification preferredProficiency in MS ExcelValid driver’s license and own transportOpen to travel If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
