Our international client, operating within the engineering solutions industry, currently seeks to appoint a Financial Accountant to join their growing team in Bartlett, Boksburg. In this role, you will manage and control all reporting (monthly and yearly) and work in collaboration with all areas of finance in reviewing, scrutinising, and developing effective systems, controls and process flow. Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting or similar Finance Degree At least 3 years' experience in a financial accountant function within the construction, engineering, heavy manufacturing or similar industries Proficient in SAP Knowledge of amortisation schedules Duties will include, but are not limited to: Manual processing of receipts from bank statements to SAP B1 Capture Cashbook Journals and truck invoices on SAP B1 Preparation and compilation of Weekly Cash Forecast Update Amortisation Tables Capture and pay suppliers Preparation of Debtor recons Capture Month end Journals - Accrual, Provision, Tax, Prepayment etc. Update Credit Committee Minutes, Legal Debtor Spreadsheet, credit Summary Spreadsheet . Update and Prepare the Debt vs Capital Spreadsheet Printing and Filling - Journals, Recons etc. Update and Prepare Balance Sheet Recons VAT Audits submissions Procurement reporting and queries Annual tax pack submission Incentive fee review and payment Position interfaces with: Executives, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Payroll Suitable individuals are encouraged to reply to this ad or send their updated CV directly to [Email Address Removed] for immediate consideration.
