Our Client in Rustenburg is looking for a Financial Accountant. The suitable candidate must have the following requirements: Qualifications & Computer literacy Financial qualification MS Word & MS Excel (advance to intermediate) Pastel Previous cleaning or chemical experience would be to your advantage Accounting Operations : Managing accounting operations (including billings, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable etc.) Ensure correct allocation of bank statement transactions Preparation and submission of daily commission calculations Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained on the internal database Provide operational support with regards to chemical orders placed and delivery schedules Prepare payments for approval by the Financial Manager and CEO Adherence to all quality standards and processes within the budget and finance area Assist with the processing and reconciliations
