Job Title: Financial Accountant - Mining Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Accountant to join their mining company in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting within the mining sector and possess excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards Perform financial analysis and reporting on key performance indicators Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards Monitor and review budgetary performance Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the mining industry Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial analysis software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Benefits: Salary: R700k - R800k Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
