A large JSE listed company in the Greater Johannesburg area is looking for a Financial Accountant. Overall purpose of the role: To provide management with accurate and timely business and financial information Responsibilities include: Income statement analysis and maintenance Balance sheet analysis and maintenance Bank account management Budget preparation Conducting financial feasibility studies Preparing board packs and other financial reports required from time to time Compiling tax returns An accounting qualification – degree or diploma Minimum of 4 years' experience in an accounting role Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system Microsoft Office proficient Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Deadline driven Up to R550k per annum depending on experience.
