Job Description: Analyse and update General Ledger accounts. Manage journal entries to correct misallocations. Report any variances to the designated Portfolio Manager. Handle monthly municipal reconciliations and insurance queries. Prepare annual budgets. Manage tax returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations. Prepare for annual audits and review financial statements. Resolve audit queries. Maintain and regularly update building financial records. Attend meetings as required. Efficiently handle daily correspondence. Regularly update building control schedules to reflect accurate financial statuses. Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting or a related field Minimum of 2 years post-article experience.
