As they expand their operations and scale new heights, they need a sharp and reliable Financial Accountant to strengthen their financial framework and contribute to their ongoing success. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel, experience with engineering-specific financial software is a plus. Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks. Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with budget preparation and budget forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase profits. Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans.
