Job & Company Description: My client is a JSE listed entity, having been around for over 25 years, based in the North of Johannesburg, with a key focus on both Residential and Commercial Properties. This role reports to the Finance Manager and will assume responsibility for the preparation of annual financial statements, balance sheet, income statements, profit and loss statements, cash flow, and control over the funds and assets of the company or the landlord. Will also be responsible for large portfolios at a time.
