- Full accounting function, from data input to management reporting
- Data Analysis
- Support to Financial Manager
- Analytical Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director
Key Performance Areas Key Work:
- Daily Sub-Ledger Balancing
- Daily Purchase Order Conversions
- Processing & Review of All Journal Entries
- 4.Review of Creditors Reconciliations, payment packs and ageing
- Income Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis and Review
- Preparation of the monthly Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving of queries
- Prepare Manual Journals
- BEE Reporting
- Management Reporting Pack Preparation
- Foreign Payments _ Monitor Forex requirements & usage
- Review & Sign off Cashbooks
- Back Up to Cashbook Function
- Back Up to Shipment Costing Function
- Full Fixed Assets management
- Adhoc- Assist Financial Manager and CA when requested

Suggested Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Report Writing - Advantageous
- Sage X3 ERP Experience
- B Com degree or Diploma / equivalent
- Up to date IFRS knowledge
- At least 5 - 8 years experience similar role in the manufacturing environment
