Reference: JHB007347-JO-1 Multi-national Manufacturing concern, based in Linbro Park, has an opening for a Financial Accountant (EE). Support the Financial Manager and be responsible for the full accounting function from data input to management reporting, data analysis and analytical reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. A completed B.Com (Accounting) / Equivalent is essential coupled with 5-8 years related Accounting experience within a Manufacturing concern (essential). KPI's include: daily sub-ledger balancing; daily purchase order conversions; processing and review of all journal entries; review of creditors reconciliations, payment packs and ageing; Income Statement and Balance Sheet analysis and review; preparation of the monthly B/S reconciliations and resolving all queries; prepare manual journals; BEE reporting; management reporting pack preparation; foreign payments - monitor Forex requirements and usage; review and sign-off cashbooks; back-up to cashbook functions; back-up to shipment costing function; full fixed assets management and assist the Financial Manager when required; SAGE X3 ERP experience essential as well as up to date IFRS knowledge.
