A well-established organisation is looking for a Financial Administrator. The main purpose of the role is to reconsolidate supplier invoices, ensuring that they are accurate and in line with the company policies, as well as keeping track of the financial records in order to comply financial report. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Creditor Management: Efficiently handle supplier invoices, ensuring that they alignment with company policies. Foster strong relationships with the suppliers through timely reconciliation of statements and clear communication channels Debtor Management: Administer the billing and invoicing operations, guaranteeing precision in every transaction. Monitor customer accounts, promptly addressing any overdue payments to maintain healthy financial relationships. Financial Tracking: Ensure the maintenance of precise financial records, that contribute to the month-end processes. Reporting: Produce comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis, empowering management with valuable insights. Conduct insightful analysis of financial data, serving as a crucial asset in strategic decision-making processes. Key Competencies: Highly organized Strong time management skills. Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities. Teamplayer Strong ethical standards Commitment to confidentiality Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Experience in financial administration, with a focus on creditors and debtors' management. Proficient in Excel.
