Plans ahead to ensure all possible barriers will not stand in the way of closing the sale Can easily discuss products in detail. Familiar with all products including new products and value adds Leverages knowledge of competitor products to demonstrate how the Brand products are differentiated. Pro-actively updates knowledge to track new product developments Answers all questions about top/high revenue generating products and engages customer in unscripted dialogue.
