Position: Financial Advisory Assistant - 3 month contractLocation: Cape TownRole Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months as a Financial Advisory Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to financial advisors in delivering high-quality service to our clients. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, preparing financial reports and documents, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships and assessing their financial goals and needs.Prepare and organise client financial documents and reports.Conduct research on investment opportunities and market trends.Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and provide updates on financial matters.Coordinate meetings and appointments for financial advisors and clients.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions.Assist with processing client payments, account transfers, and other financial transactions.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in finance, business, or a related field.Previous experience in a financial services/advisory role preferred.Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and financial management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the financial services industry and make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being.
