Financial & Key Accounts Officer Closing Date : 2024-04-08 Closed : No Description: Our client, an Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy situated in Klapmuts (Western Cape), has the above vacancy available for a client-focused individual with excellent financial and administrative skills, paired with a detail-driven and organised approach to work. Duties will include: Finance-related tasks: assisting Accountant with accounts, quotes, invoices, administration related to debtors & creditors, slips & bank statements, purchase orders, making payments and following up on payments. Client-related tasks: general liaison with clients, following up on project QC-inspections and doing after-sales follow-ups, applying for compensation events. Office & general administration: OHS administration, filing & recordkeeping, handling telephonic enquiries, ordering office supplies and all other duties related to the position. Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12); Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role doing financial tasks & working with clients; Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Afrikaans and English); Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
