Hire Resolve is recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst for a client in New Hanover, KZN. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data to help the company make informed decisions, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze financial data from various sources Develop financial models and forecasts Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reports to management Identify trends and patterns in financial data Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of financial principles and concepts Experience with financial modeling and forecasting Professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus Benefits Training and Development Family Leave Hire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
