Financial Analyst - - Somerset West

Our client, a leader in the luxury retail industry has an opportunity available for a Group Financial Analyst to join their team based in Somerset West, Western Cape.

Qualification / skills and experience required:

BCOM Accounting or CA(SA)

Experience in the retail industry is required
Experience with Power BI is non-negotiable
Up to date IFRS experience & knowledge

Job description:

Report to Group Director Commercial Analysis and Planning
Reviewing and analysing subsidiaries financial results, forecasts and budget, P&L reports, Cash Flow, KPIs and deviation analysis.
Provide meaningful financial analysis for Retail and Web Channels
Monitoring and reporting on the sales results, tracking business KPIs and supporting the management in developing action plans.
Implement and control group policies and procedures.
Participate in finance and accounting projects.
Assist with group requests with the subsidiaries (information collection, summary and presentation).
Assist Group Finance function where needs be.
