Financial Controller - Newcastle

Our client, a leading global hygiene & health company, is excited to add a Financial Controller to their Pinetown team who will support & facilitate the decision-making process of the team by providing sound financial & business insight, & be responsible for the coordination of the controlling processes of the plant & for the preparation of regular updates. Key Performance Areas: Close monthly actuals according to the accounting standards, analyzing gaps and deviations, and drive corrective actions if necessary. Report monthly closing and follow up on main KPIs. Deliver annual financial Budget and quarterly forecast. Follow-up Working Capital. Challenge and support the local management team in all financial aspects. Continuously analyze deviations of financial result, support to drive and follow up actions to improve financial results. Responsible for Capex follow-up and ownership of plants assets regarding content and valuation. Responsible for driving long term strategy goals, yearly budget, forecast and AP-process. Secure that reporting rules being maintained and followed. Requirements: Finance Degree – CA (SA) would be advantageous 2 years’ experience in Financial Controlling SAP experience & knowledge Manufacturing experience
