As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
Lead the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
Support the executive team with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Oversee and manage the finance team, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
