The successful incumbent will be responsible for executing all group related finance functions.
Duties Include:
- Compile monthly shareholders packs
- Work with business units on monthly reporting packs
- Group cash flow reporting and management
- Due diligence process if required
- Compile investment papers for potential acquisitions and supply support to start up companies or acquisitions
- Evaluate business processes on business units to improve efficiencies and profitability
Education:
BCom degree in Finance or Accounting
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 to 4 years post articles experience within a similar roles is essential
- Logistics or courier industry experience beneficial
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of project finance
- Strong understanding of financial business processes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline driven
