Are you a seasoned financial professional with a knack for accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight? We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing our financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. This includes; Supporting financial decision-making through meticulous collection, analysis, investigation, and reporting of financial data. Streamlining and automating month-end financial reporting procedures for timely and accurate reports. Implementing processes and controls to enhance internal financial control standards. Maintaining general ledgers and trial balances according to IFRS and accounting standards. Providing technical support and computations for complex accounting transactions. Grade 12 or equivalent Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or similar Honours in Accounting or similar Articles in an accounting firm advantageous Professional Membership registration: SAICA, CIMA, or similar 4 years experience in similar role Broad knowledge of accounting practices and processes Ability to remain calm under pressure Performance and deadline-oriented Strong financial and business acumen Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and solve problems Administrative management experience Team-oriented and collaborative Conscientious with a strong work ethic Positive attitude, assertiveness, and adaptability Critical analytical thinker Reliable transport Office-based position in Woodmead Branch
