We are looking for an accomplished Financial Director to work closely with the Managing Director, the Executive team, businesses within the Group and the Financial Services division. This role focuses on leading; providing strategic direction and guiding all financial functions of the group. Requirements: ● CA (SA) ● 10 Years relevant management experience ● A dynamic person with strong leadership abilities, good negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following: ● Planning, organising and control of the company’s financial strategy & policies, implementing accounting practices & objectives ● Implementing & maintaining internal controls and accounting systems ● Financial reforms & innovative funding mechanisms ● Balance sheet & cash flow management ● Accurate & timely financial reporting and disclosure ● Risk Management The post Financial Director appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
