Post Designation: Financial Management Trainee Reference: Bok/04/2024 Post Description: Financial Management Trainee: Handing out of DoE bursary forms and Schedule of Particulars (SoP) to applicants; Explain to the applicants the required documents they need to submit with their applications; Explain the completion process of the application forms and SoP; Inform students about the due date for submission of completed forms and SoP; Check against the checklist (SSS FOR 008) if the applicant has completed all the fields; Submit to SSS–Corporate Centre (CC) the applications of those students who have submitted the required documents and keep a name list thereof for record purposes; Follow-up on returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS; Work on accommodation/transport claims of the students who have been awarded DoE bursaries for submission to SSS-CC and keep record thereof; Make copies of required documentation in relation to DoE bursary administration at the campus. Minimum Requirements: N6 Financial Management Certificate. Nature of Appointment: 18 Months. Stipend: R4,000.00 per month (stipend). Closing Date for Applications: Thursday, 28 March 2024 (16h00).
