My client in the Agricultural Sector is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team. Required fully bilingual individuals (English & Afrikaans) for this position. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) or Professional Accountant (SA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management & full accounting function. Experience in the manufacturing, agri-mechanisation, construction, or mining industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and planning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse financial statements Development of the annual budget and financial forecasting Cash Flow Management and cash flow analysis Working capital optimization Internal controls implementation Regulatory compliance - Internal and External audits and reviews Employee Management
