Join our clients in shaping their financial journey, as we seek a vibrant Financial Manager to infuse dynamic enthusiasm in a FMCG company. As the Financial Manager you will be responsible for the below: Communicate and enhance financial results for management. Identify and address company bottlenecks to improve overall throughput. Manage working capital, ensuring Trial Balance accuracy and IFRS compliance. Support online banking preparation and oversee Accounts Payable Team. Maintain asset registers, assist in Annual Impairment Tests, and prepare financial statements. Conduct monthly account reviews and intercompany reconciliations. Implement IFRS Packs for balance sheet and income statement reconciliations. Perform financial analysis, review tax packs, and approve payroll. Set and assess Annual KPIs for reporting staff. Develop internal controls to minimize financial risk and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as needed. Manage relationships with banks, suppliers, and team members. Lead company audit processes with external auditors. Demonstrate core competencies in integrity, customer focus, results-driven attitude, assertiveness, business acumen, financial interpretation, negotiation, and accountability. Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom in Accounting or Finance related.Completed CIMA designation (non-negotiable)Completed SAICA Articles 3 years’ experience in a similar role as a Finance Manager.Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
