Proficient use of financial software (Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution and Payspace)
Developing and implementing Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports and assessing the financial health of the company
Oversee the operations and development of the companys finance department including creating and reviewing policies, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures
Manage the preparation of the companys annual budget.
