Financial Manager - Johannesburg
Head up the finance department of well established company based in Randburg. Self-driven individual required who is commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
Duties /Responsibilities
- Management of accounts department
- Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
- Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
- Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Payroll for total staff complement
- Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels
- Statutory submissions
- Year End Audits
- Annual Budgets
Essential requirements and experience:
B. Com Accounting or Equivalent Finance Qualification
- Must have relevant 5 to 8 years experience solid track record
working as a Financial Manager
- Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL
- Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
- Must have a valid drivers licence, own transport advised
- Must be prepared to travel if required by the company
- Must be able to manage the financial team
- MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) - Advanced
- Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest,
