Developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to optimize financial performance. Conducting detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to aid in strategic decision-making processes. Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
