Financial Manager - South Africa
As the financial manager, your duties and responsibilities include the following:
Establish compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to the financial disciplines of the business
Liaise effectively with the stakeholders
Prepare monthly management journals
Report on depreciation and recoveries
Oversee debtors, creditors and intercompany account maintenance
Compile monthly management accounts and reporting packs
Prepare statutory financial statements in aid of the internal/external audits
Submit and complete monthly VAT transactions
Continuously improve processes to drive profitability
Maintain a fixed asset register
Enhance procedures and controls for proper inventory control
Skills & Experience:
Microsoft Navision experience would be advantageous
Experience in working with power BI
Qualification:
Relevant Accounting/Financial Management degree
Professional designation (CA(SA)/ PA(SA)/CIMA)
