This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, possessing comprehensive knowledge of financial functions, stock analysis, reporting, and variance analysis. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment Duties: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and accountability. Conduct detailed analysis of stock movements, inventory management, and cost of goods sold (COGS), identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance and identifying key trends. Implement effective cost control measures and initiatives to optimize operational expenses and enhance profitability. Develop and implement risk management strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
