This role takes full responsibility for the accounting functions of the business and requires an accountable and hardworking individual. Job & Company Description: The purpose of this role will be to take responsibility for the full finance function of the business. This position will report directly to the CEO and Shareholders. Duties include, but are not limited to: Develop financial well-being of company by providing full spectrum of financial services Draft monthly management accounts, and further recommendations Debtors and Creditors Management Cashbook and bank functions management (3 bank accounts) Cashflow management Reporting Liaison with external auditors at year-end, within collaboration with shareholdersw Establish finance and operational strategies Bookkeeping to balance sheet Prepare annual financial statements Assist with the implementation of new systems Education: Completed BCom Finance or Accounting degree Job Experience & Skills Required: 5 to 7 years' experience in a financial controllership role essential Insurance, Financial Services industry experience essential Strong analytical skills Strong presentation and communication skills Strong business partnering and reporting skills Business and financial acumen Meticulous attention to detail APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
