Reference: NPr001156-PAM-1 Are you a dynamic and proactive Financial Manager? My client in Pretoria is looking for you to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified CA(SA) with strong reporting and analysis skills to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct financial reporting and variance analysis to provide insights into business performance. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support. Minimum Requirements: Newly Qualified CA(SA) with 0-6 months of post-qualification experience. Knowledge of Syspro ERP system will be advantageous. Previous experience or exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or Audit. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and financial management principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
