Job Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the company's financial health and stability. This role involves managing budgets, forecasting financial trends, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Accounting and Compliance: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process. Maintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial position. Manage working capital to optimize cash flow and support business operations. Oversee investment activities and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term financial plans. Evaluate potential business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansions. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the finance department. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the design or creative industry. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. R Negotiable on Experience
