Analyse, forecast, and manage site finances under the group's reporting structure in an open, transparent, timely, and accurate manner. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and capitalize on opportunities. Participate in Management Committee (ManCo) meetings and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the Exco team on a monthly basis. Compile half-year and full-year reports and ensure successful audit completion within required timelines. Develop and implement financial plans with the MD to support the company's growth and long-term profitability. Ensure corporate governance and compliance within various regulatory frameworks. Drive strategic projects that impact financial reporting reliability, including ERP system implementations. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting or Finance B Com (Hons) CA(SA) or CIMA completed Experience: Completed Articles 5 years of commercial experience. Minimum 3 – 5 years in financial management within the manufacturing industry. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Caseware Skills & Competencies: Hardworking, driven, and independent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. Flexible in approach, but rigid in application. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail. Assertive nature, robust but not abrasive. Logical and analytical thinker.
