The Manager will be responsible for overseeing monthly and annual accounting operations, managing a team, and providing financial guidance to entrepreneurs. The Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing strategies, and making recommendations to enhance financial performance. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles Experience in managing within an accounting practice Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in accounting software and tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certifications such as PA(SA) and CA(SA) or similar qualifications are preferred R50 000 to R70 000
