- Ability to compile, track, analyse and report on CAPEX expenditure
- Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses
- Generate accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and other regulations;
- In depth understanding of populating, maintaining and reporting from financial management systems
- Adept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial information
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and under time pressure during crucial periods of the year
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards
- Solid knowledge of International transactions knowledge and experience
- Understanding of all related financial legislation and ability to ensure compliance to relevant legislation i.e Income Tax and VAT
- Strong ERP experience and a history of overseeing accounting and finance teams
- Analytical and conceptual ability, to assess risks/issues and deliver to quantify for business benefits
- Proven problem-solving skills and customer mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to clearly articulate ideas
- Deadline driven, accurate and detail oriented with sound judgement
- Highly motivated and adaptable; the ability to motivate and lead a team as well as work on a global team of diverse individuals
- Keen interest in financial markets
- Serves as the Groups primary interface with the auditors and regulators
- Advanced Proficiency computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and company related software systems

Job Functions: - Maintain internal control safeguards, ensure compliance and timely audit activities
- Monitor foreign currencies and pools, debtor and creditors and timeous accurate payments and control
- Provide reconciliations of all balance sheet and statutory requirements
