POSITION: Financial Manager INDUSTRY : Education Industry SALARIES: Up to R540k p/a AREA: Johannesburg SEND: nap esabela.co.za Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the quality financial records in terms of IFRS Manage the creditor reconciliation process and ensure recons are prepared reviewed and that reconciling items are addressed Review weekly bank account listing and manage short term cash flow to ensure there is sufficient working capital Review monthly management accounts and income statements to ensure all project expenses are captured correctly Approve journal entries General management of the finance team, assessing staff training requirements and implementation of staff development processes, monitoring staff performance and conduct staff performance appraisals Prepare the financial statements for the organization Preparation of various schedules for audit purposes such as IFRS 16, deposits, petty cash and fixed assets Qualifications & Experience required: University Degree Minimum of 10 years' experience SALARIES: Up to R540k p/a
