Our client is a high-volume retail business with stock complexities. They are looking for a strong financial manager who is able to lead a tight ship. This role involves putting systems and processes in place and driving change, so these systems and procedures are adhered too. The company is strong with a great culture, so an excellent opportunity for the right person Full finance function, reporting to a CFO and guiding and mentoring a small team. Strong experience with reconciliations is required. Understanding the retail game would be advantageous. A financial qualification strong previous experience is ideal. A seasoned finance guru who has done all their training on the job will also be considered. Exposure to Xero or similar SAAS platforms would be beneficial. Strong Excel ability preferred. R700 000 CTC
