- Banking
- Load salaries and control Investment account
- Monitor Global Forex account
- Plan cashflow for imports and load import payments
- Daily cash flow management
- Calculation/payment of EMPs and VAT recons
- Provisional Tax payments to be submitted
- Prepare audit file and assist auditors with annual audit and AFS
- Assist with BBBEE annual audit
- Calculate/Check MIBFA for payment
- Monthly GP% Report
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Maintaining journals
- Monthly GL account reconciliations
- Management accounts
- Oversee debtors and creditors
- Signing off requisitions for Stock and cyclical stock count variances
- Manage Financial Year End stock count
- Capture Financial Year End stock count variances and reconcile
Requirements
- Relevant BCom Accounting Degree
- 4 - 6 years experience in a business environment is essential
- Knowledge or experience of the Bluebox ERP system is advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be deadline driven
