R Responsible for the analysis of financial information to aid in operational, strategic and technical decision making. The aim of the role is to aid in the sustainable pricing of customers, with a controlled level of risk and to advise the company on how to price their products and services to achieve their financial goals. This involves developing appropriate pricing strategies, following market trends and performing financial assessments, setting product pricing, discounts, and promotions to attract customers while maintaining profitability. To achieve these goals, activities are structured along two main axes: - A priori actions: pricing, technical rules, defining commercial autonomy and a consultation regarding underwriting. - A posteriori actions: monitor profitability, set up actions and follow up, forecast loss ratios In accordance with company priorities & guidelines, the pricing analyst will drive changes in the company in order to reach technical excellence, e.g. through improved governance, resources, tools, processes Requirements: · 5 years' experience of working as an Accountant or in a technical management accounting role. · Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
