Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, for the team to go and meet.
Collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve the minimum required meetings in a month.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Reporting on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to management.
