Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate finishing tasks across various construction projects.
Develop and manage schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
Supervise and train construction teams and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of performance and safety.
Oversee the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
Address and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.
Uphold a culture of excellence and quality, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum Matric with relevant tertiary education
Drivers License and own vehicle non non-negotiable
Proven experience in construction, with a strong background in finishing trades.
Comprehensive understanding of multiple construction trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, joinery, plastering, brickwork, and concrete.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Good physical health and stamina, capable of working in a demanding environment.
Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and follow project schedules.

Remuneration:
Market Related - Negotiable on experience and qualification
