Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and experience Fitter. Key Performance Areas Attend to breakdowns and repair problems as quickly as possible to permit maximum plant availability. Carry out monthly services and repairs to machines and equipment as per schedule. Complete monthly statutory inspections. Order correct spares to complete job cards, emergency repairs or services. Assist in troubleshooting and repair any issues with machinery or equipment. Perform stand by duties and attend to call out duties when required. Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate with Engineers, Production Manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 (Essential) Completed Fitter and Machinist Trade Test (Essential) Min 5-7 years related experience in a production environment (Essential). Electrical experience will be advantageous. Have own transport and a valid SA driver's license. Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime, public holidays and weekends when necessary and work at the plant as per operational requirements. Negotiable
