The Company: The company provides advanced technological solutions to logistics and fleet management companies. The Job: This is a reporting orientated role providing insightful reports in a visualised dashboard view to clients and Key Account Managers and analyse reports to identify irregularities. This position involves providing exemplary service and support to clients. Responsibilities include Ensuring monthly fleet reports for key account clients Updating vehicle consumption standards, and generating leads for sales and new business Update customer details for automated reports Load automated reports for clients as needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solutions and reporting systems Compile special request reports for Key Account Managers Submit detailed task sheet daily on MS Teams platform Adhere to all given deadlines and extensions Maintain server folders with latest reports and documentation Handle switchboard and reception duties Conduct general office admin tasks and stationery control Perform any other assigned tasks as required Expert Excel proficiency (Array Formulas/Macros/Pivot Tables) At least 5 years of data analysis experience, with a preference for fuel analytics expertise PowerBI experience advantageous Aproximately R20k per month. Hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
