Remuneration: Market Related dependent on skill set, knowledge, and experience Purpose Of The Job: Due to the expansion of their business, our client a supplier of construction aggregates, requires a Fleet Controller/ Operations Controller who will monitor their fleet of heavy commercial machinery and vehicles Objectives of this role Monitoring the Fleet Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and customers to ensure proper operations of the company Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s capacity Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget Build and Maintain customer relations Responsibilities Support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of the customers Communicate and support drivers Provide timely and accurate responses to emails.
